Steve started working for Helix in 2014 as a Project Manager. He brought with him a wide variety of experience and expertise in the Telecom industry.
Steve began his career at Bell Canada, in the network installation group. He gained knowledge through the technology cycle by installing central office equipment (SxS, xBar, DMS, Power Systems) during his 13 years with the company. Moving to GT Group Telecom, Steve was the National TAC Manager, and Operations Manager overseeing staff, network and customer installations, along with all management responsibilities. Before joining Helix, Steve returned to Bell Canada within the Access group to do Design (GPON, Aerial, Copper) and Construction Management for vendors working on civil/installation jobs.
At Helix, Steve has been responsible for managing end-to-end projects and now leads the Operations of Helix’s Vancouver Office, as well as managing large scale National deployments and all aspects of Helix’s work with TELUS in Western Canada.
