Rick has been in the Communications industry for more than 30 years starting in the field as a Technician. As he worked through the trenches, his career path included roles as Project Manager, Manager of Estimation and Design to Director roles working for various infrastructure companies.
Rick’s technical background and experience ranges across Cabling, Data centre, Audio Visual, Service rollouts, Wireless, Network and IP Security. His focus is process and creating a team environment for Helix’s operations that flows through to the client. Rick views clients as an extension of Helix’s team, and customer satisfaction is one of his top priorities.
